We relentlessly worked and reworked these studio-grade pencils until we found just the right combination of texture, pigment and glitter to infuse in this brilliant, metallic-shimmer formula.

Each Glitter Eye Pencil consists of two hand selected, color-configured shades, allowing you the flexibility to change up your look and express your creative side.

For maximum glittering effects, use the tip of your ring finger to gently smudge application of one of the shades to unveil the tiny glitter particles perfectly-embedded within the formula.
